Well, what a great start to my Saturday morning. First pilates session with Gabrielle and what a grand time.
Everyone was welcoming and there is a lovely fun atmosphere in the class.
Gabrielle was very knowledgeable and caring about your safety and any injuries that this "mature" body has accumulated.
The pilates room is light and airy and mats/equipment are supplied.
Definitely a continuing Saturday morning ritual has started.

I am delighted that Gabrielle now has her own studio, and I am doing a mix of one to one and the group classes. The group classes are really for everyone, no matter what age or level of fitness you currently have. Gabrielle puts everyone at ease whilst guiding us through the positions, and she somehow manages to watch the whole group and help each individual with adjustments which is perfect if you have any specific issues that you are concerned about.
If you want to get moving, if you want to get strong (or stronger), meet friends and have fun whilst you do it, then I cannot recommend enough coming along, as once you have you will be hooked!
