Welcome to GG’s, a friendly, encouraging space with positive energy. My purpose is to motivate people to move with confidence in a safe and fun way.

My Story

Gabrielle found Pilates initially as a way to help with her chronic back pain, before and after having major back surgery. Feeling the incredible benefits and seeing the change in her strength and alignment, a passion was born. After twelve years working as a long haul flight attendant with Qantas she decided to “clip her wings”. Completing her full comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training, Gabrielle has spent the past fifteen years growing and

enhancing her skill set.
 
“I have worked with a diverse range of clients ranging from ages 15 years to 92 years. I love how Pilates works for every body. One of my strengths is working with people with back pain as I have experienced this myself in my own personal journey.”

My services and equipment are thoughtfully curated to cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Pilates practice is also beneficial for rehabilitation purposes.
