Cancellation Policy

Pilates Studio Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to adjust your plans. However, to ensure a smooth experience for all our valued clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Window: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your Pilates class. This allows us to offer your spot to another client and helps maintain the flow of our schedule.

  2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will be considered a late cancellation. In such cases, the class will be deducted from your package or charged at the regular single class rate.

  3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for a scheduled class without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will also result in a deduction from your package or a charge at the regular single class rate.

  4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have a valid reason for a late cancellation or a no-show, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review such cases on an individual basis.

  5. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule a class, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. However, rescheduling is subject to the same 24-hour notice policy.
